With a trusted partnership built over multiple projects, Work.able once again entrusted us to design their Makati branch, a workplace that not only stands out in the competitive coworking landscape while also reflect Filipino identity through warm, nature-inspired elements. 

Blending Functionality with Local Flair

Guided by local culture, the design integrates woven textures, organic forms, and warm hues to create a space that is both welcoming and professional. Vibrant common areas are balanced with focused workstations, ensuring functionality without sacrificing warmth or cultural authenticity. Every detail from furniture to fixtures celebrates local craftsmanship while meeting the needs of today’s dynamic workforce.

Comfort Meets Culture

More than a transitional space, the guest waiting zone delivers an immersive first impression. Natural textures, such as woven rattan and timber finishes, evoke a warm, distinctly Filipino welcome while earthy tones and curated greenery soften the atmosphere. A layered feature wall draws the eye, transforming a simple pause into an experience of place, culture, and hospitality. 

Rooted in Warmth 

The reception area sets the tone with warmth and approachability. Soft lighting, textured walls, and natural wood accents welcome members and guests alike, while curved furniture lines echo the organic themes carried throughout the space.

Designed for Connection 

The expansive pantry and breakout area merge café culture with local traditions, offering a vibrant yet relaxed setting to dine, unwind, or collaborate. Woven rattan chairs, tropical greenery, and patterned tiles infuse Filipino flair, while warm lighting and layered textures create a grounded atmosphere. Flexible seating supports a range of interactions, from solo coffee breaks to lively team lunches, blurring the line between work and rest.

Vibrant Nooks for Ideas 

These booth-style collaboration pods provide semi-private settings for team huddles, brainstorming, or casual catchups. Bright hues, leafy ceiling graphics, and playful “house” forms add both character and comfort. Upholstered seating, layered planting, and daylight-filled corners foster focus while maintaining the nature-inspired design language. 

Meeting with Purpose 

This compact meeting room offers a calm setting for focused discussions. A soft yellow palette sets a warm, non-intimidating tone, complemented by woven lighting, acoustic panels, and plush seating. The circular table fosters equality and openness, while the integrated technology supports productivity without distraction. 

Corridor of Positivity 

Set along a transitional pathway, this feature wall infuses vibrancy into everyday movement. A mix of circular planters in earthy greens and yellows introduces biophilia, while a wavy full-length mirror and positive affirmation wall transform a simple corridor into an uplifting journey. Organic forms and soft colours reinforce the brand’s human-centric ethos.

激发灵感的工作场所

PGIM 房地产公司和 DB&B 通过创造一个既实用又能激发灵感的空间，为办公室设计树立了新的标准。108 Robinson Road 的样板间证明了设计的力量，它能将工作场所转变为一个充满生机和活力的枢纽。

全球公司，本地影响

在空间的整体设计和色调方面，DB&B 的设计团队试图通过在设计中注入菲律宾图案和材料的细微差别来渗透当地文化，同时牢记其全球办事处的功能目标。

驾驶灵活性

踏入阿卡迪斯办公室，员工会在接待空间看到各种工作环境。这些空间既是客人等候区，也是讨论和工作的开放空间。

这些以活动为基础的工作环境遍布整个楼层，以适应不同的工作风格。为小组工作提供了私人和半私人的聚会空间。此外，还为专注工作的员工提供了独处的安静空间。会议室配备了会议系统，可与远程办公的员工进行联系。沿楼板四周布置的协作空间可以一览无余地欣赏周围的美景，让员工沐浴在从全高窗户射入的自然光中。

通过鼓励所有员工在 “云 “上协作和工作，凯谛思实现了无纸化办公，有助于保持办公场所的整洁。此外，通过使用会议室和办公桌预订系统，这个智能办公室允许员工在一天中的不同时间为不同目的预订自己喜欢的工作环境。所有会议室也都配备了日程安排面板，帮助员工方便地掌握空间占用情况。

关爱员工

考虑到员工的身心健康，整个办公空间都注入了亲生物元素，如盆栽、悬垂植物和天然石块。这些元素共同为空间增添了活力，将室外景色引入室内。此外，还为哺乳期的母亲设立了保健室和母婴室。

DB&B 从最近的大流行病中吸取教训，特别关注阿卡迪斯公司提出的为身体不适员工提供护理空间的要求。公司内部设有诊所和医生诊室，旁边还有一间隔离室，以便将身体不适的员工隔离，并提供适当的便利设施。

可持续性是关键

该办公室位于一栋获得 LEED 白金级认证的建筑内，其设计符合绿色倡议和严格的指导方针。此外，阿卡迪斯公司从本质上重视可持续发展，因此这一共同目标是其设计的重要指导原则之一。

例如，办公空间内采用了智能照明，并通过移动传感器有效节约能源。DB&B 的设计团队还有意识地选择了环保地毯、乙烯地板、墙砖和隔音板等材料。回收箱也内置于橱柜中，方便取用，有助于废物分类。
